Job Overview :
iEnergizer is hiring Customer Support Executives for the VCIP Video KYC process. The role involves assisting customers with video-based KYC verification while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer interactions for VCIP (Video Customer Identification Process).
Verify customer KYC documents through video calls as per compliance guidelines.
Ensure accurate data capture and validation.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company and regulatory standards.
Provide clear and professional communication to customers.
Meet quality, productivity, and process adherence benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
Freshers and candidates with customer support experience are welcome.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory) + Tamil or Telugu (mandatory).
Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in a process-driven environment.
