AgentPrep is a free job preparation platform offering typing speed tests, daily challenges, and performance tracking designed for BPO and customer support job candidates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

You may use AgentPrep without an account. If you choose to sign in with Google, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information via your Google account.
  • Keep your account secure and not share access with others.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboard scores or test results fraudulently.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AgentPrep — including the name, logo, design, and code — is the property of AgentPrep. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AgentPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that it will improve your performance in any actual job assessment. Use it as a supplementary practice tool.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or missed employment opportunities.

8. Privacy

Your use of AgentPrep is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
