We collect the following data when you use AgentPrep:

  • Account information — your name and email address, provided via Google Sign-In when you choose to create an account.
  • Typing test results — your WPM, accuracy, score, and test duration when you complete a test.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and interaction events, collected via PostHog analytics.
  • Session cookies — used to keep you signed in between visits.

You can use AgentPrep without creating an account. Test results taken anonymously are not linked to any identity.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To save and display your typing test history and progress.
  • To show your rank on the leaderboard.
  • To improve the product based on aggregated usage patterns.
  • To send you account-related communications if necessary.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate AgentPrep:

  • Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data and test results are stored in Supabase.
  • Google OAuth — used for Sign in with Google. We only receive your name and email from Google.
  • PostHog — product analytics. Collects anonymised usage events to help us understand how the product is used.
  • Vercel — hosting provider for the AgentPrep website.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and test results for as long as your account is active. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at cloudybusinesses@gmail.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data.
  • Withdraw consent at any time by signing out and discontinuing use.

7. Cookies

We use cookies solely for authentication — to keep you signed in between sessions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. PostHog may set an analytics cookie to identify returning visitors in an anonymised way.
