About the role

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Call Center team. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and productivity standards.


Eligibility Criteria
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
  • Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
  • Record customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Meet defined service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Compensation
  • Annual CTC: ₹3,96,000
