About the role
We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executives to join our Call Center team. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to quality and productivity standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred: Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO/Call Center environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with good problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
- Record customer interactions and update the CRM system accurately.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Meet defined service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Annual CTC: ₹3,96,000
